The value for money at Internazionale was excellent, with spacious rooms and beautiful views of the lake. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.
The food for breakfast could have been better, with limited options.

I would say that the staff was friendly and tried to help within their limits. However this awful hotel completely ruined our holiday!!!
I would class this hotel as the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We are frequent travellers and visit some European destinations every year since last 6 years, sometimes even twice a year. The hotel is classed as FOUR STAR, which is a PRACTICAL JOKE!!!!! This hotel should not be a ONE STAR hotel with its current facilities!! The rooms have got no air conditioning which makes the rooms very stuffy and the hotel staff advices you to OPEN your windows to sleep at night or TO WAIT FOR RAINFALL!!!! My wife was taken ill due to heat stroke from a 4 day stay at this hotel. They even gave us a dingy room with no lake view at first although we paid EXTRA MONEY to get one initially. The hotel staff refused that point blank and then were good enough to give me another room which met the criteria. However, it became so hot that every guest was suffering and the hotel had its A/C switched off for saving money (I guess)!! Unlike the hotel, I would say that the staff was friendly and tried to help within their limits. However this AWFUL hotel completely RUINED our holiday!!!

Its location and views over Lake Garda
Very noisy from the road and other guests. Laundry deliveries at 5.30/6.00 am were also noisy. Air con was switched off at end of August and as we stayed in September when it was very hot and humid this was not good. Bathroom plumbing noisy from other rooms, fixtures and fittings worn out. Infestation of midgies and ants Very rigid dining times etc

Great lake view and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Convenient location for walking to nearby attractions. Enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet.
Limited variety in dinner options with small portion sizes. Some staff members were unhelpful and unfriendly.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. The location of the hotel is excellent, with a bus stop just a short walk away, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with friendly and helpful employees who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities were fantastic, with a well-functioning heating and air conditioning system, a fully stocked mini-bar, and a lovely terrace where I could enjoy the beautiful views.
In short, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, service, and room amenities provided here are truly exceptional.

We had a wonderful time during our holiday. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well. We also appreciated the fact that we had fresh towels and toiletries every day. the swimming pool was also a great bonus and provided a fun way to cool off from the heat. we enjoyed the friendly staff and the convenient parking provided for free.
the distance from the city center made it difficult to walk with small children and the WiFi was not reliable.

Very nice hotel with beautiful swimming pool. Good location near the water. Big, well air-conditioned rooms with fantastic views. Great dinner menu and value for money. Friendly staff, good parking, and ample loungers.
Nothing for me.

The location is great, right next to the lake, with plenty of restaurants on the lakeside and easy to get to the center of town. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. the breakfast is decent with plenty of options. the views from the lake-facing rooms are amazing with great photo opportunities. the pool area is also good to relax and unwind.
The hotel staff could be more efficient with maintenance and responding to guests' needs.
